Can someone explain this to me? Chemically created stand-ins for marijuana are legal (or at least have been legal) even though they cause “numerous health problems” but pot, which is derived from nature, is illegal?
To be fair, I’ve never smoked marijuana. I have no interest in smoking marijuana. But from my outsider perspective and based on conversations with many friends that do smoke pot, I really don’t see how marijuana is any more dangerous than cigarettes or alcohol.
